Conceptual control and development methods for the regional consumer complex

This study investigates the development of regional consumer complex. In addition, the paper examines the conceptual methods used to control the consumer complex both as a source of contribution to the quality of life and the foundation of regional economic growth. Presented conceptual methods include macro policies and mesopolicy within the shaping and development of regional consumer complex, goals, objectives, principles, framework, and criteria of performance assessment along with organizational and economic implementation of the concept.
