Conceptual foundations of educational and preventive work carried out in the structural divisions of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation

At the present stage of transformation and development of organizational, structural and process management of the unified system of customs authorities of the Russian Federation, the customs service of Russia faces an important task in terms of improving educational and preventive work and strengthening service discipline among personnel. The prerequisites were changes in the level of the moral and psychological state of the personnel, the presence of violations of service discipline, and a decrease in the level of general moral culture. However, despite the ongoing changes, officials of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation face an important task - the formation (replenishment) of the revenue part of the federal budget through the conscientious performance of their professional duties, compliance with the Disciplinary Charter of the customs service of the Russian Federation and the Code of Ethics and Service Conduct of Officials of Customs Authorities Russian Federation. And as a result, an effective effective mechanism is to increase the level of individual educational work in structural units at hierarchical levels of management (strategic, operational and tactical).
