This article discusses the conceptual foundations of interaction between the public and private sectors of the economy as well as the issues of developing methodological foundations for improving interaction between the state and business in order to create an effective and competitive service sector to ensure the development of the economy of Uzbekistan and the growth of incomes of the country's population
