Conceptual approaches to the development of priority areas of the economy of the Republic of Crimea considering the resort-shaping factor

The article considers conceptual approaches to the development of one of the priority areas of economy of the Republic of Crimea - the health resort and tourism industry in the context of the resort-shaping factor of the region. The analysis of available statistical data, as well as the content of the special-purpose federal and regional programs has shown the main problems of the Crimean tourist industry at the present stage. The author lists the objectives, meeting of which will reinforce the processes of development and necessary restructuring of the industry.
