The article discusses conceptual approaches to the development and representation of socio-political projects of the future of Russia by political actors in the public space. Based on the political-psychological and political-constructivist approaches, the term “socio-political project of the future” has been clarified. It is shown that this project is, on the one hand, a product of artificial construction, and on the other hand, the result of mass perception and interpretation of ideal images and collective goals. Conceptual approaches to the development of future projects are highlighted: modernist and catastrophic in the framework of the liberal-globalist ideological paradigm, as well as stabilization and retrospective-restoration in the context of the national conservative ideological paradigm. It is shown how these approaches help political and non-political actors to construct various socio-political projects of the future in the public space. It is pointed out that the value-semantic diffusion of liberalism, globalism and conservative ideologies stimulates the emergence of hybrid projects of the future. This process is associated with the semantic fragmentation of the political space itself, the convergence of previously polar ideological and value paradigms, the growth of uncertainty, as well as the complication of the political architecture itself, and the increase in the interdependencies between its elements. It is shown that such projects are more often associated with a translator persona or with a specific global problem around which psychoemotional mass tension is building up.
