Conceptual approaches to the development of mediation in Perm krai

The author considers conceptual approaches to the development of mediation at the regional level, presenting the existing practices of mediation, highlighting the prospects of improving the regulatory and legal framework for the development of mediation; introduction of conciliation procedures in the activities of public authorities, local self-government and business; formation of a system of scientific and methodological support for the activities of conciliation (mediation) services, as well as the system of training and retraining of personnel of conciliation (mediation) services, state and municipal authorities.
