The article attempts to reflect the basic tenets of the didactic model, focused on a comprehensive training students in technical and humanitarian areas. The concept laid the synthesis of methodological approaches (systemic, synergistic, fractal, competency-surface, cultural) in which the many-sided problem is solved and the formation of a harmonious holistic development of students through a revamp of creative intellectual activity and intellectual initiative with the potential of probability theory and mathematical of statistics.
