Conceptual provisions of learning model of theory of probability and statistics, oriented on complex professional training of students of technical and humanitarian directions

The article attempts to reflect the basic tenets of the didactic model, focused on a comprehensive training students in technical and humanitarian areas. The concept laid the synthesis of methodological approaches (systemic, synergistic, fractal, competency-surface, cultural) in which the many-sided problem is solved and the formation of a harmonious holistic development of students through a revamp of creative intellectual activity and intellectual initiative with the potential of probability theory and mathematical of statistics.
