Conceptual provisions for the construction and operation of regional technoparks

At the present stage of development of the Russian Federation, scientific and technological development is becoming a determining factor in ensuring national security, competitiveness and economic independence of the state, with large business enterprises playing a leading role. However, the existing regional infrastructure is focused exclusively on supporting small and medium-sized businesses. The involvement of the innovative potential of large high-tech enterprises is possible, first of all, on the basis of building Technopark structures, clusters, as well as special economic zones that ensure the integrated innovative development of their territories. In this regard, it is necessary to review not only the mechanisms of such technoparks and other commercial associations, but also the conceptual approaches to the formation of their interaction in the implementation of regional innovation projects, as well as taking into account the features of state incentives for the production of high-tech products carried out within the framework of network interaction of all subjects of innovation.
