Conceptual analysis of the concept of “business climate”

The paper presents the authors' understanding of business climate as an integral formation of conditions and factors that are significant for business activities. Business climate, unlike individual conditions and factors, is characterized by significance, integrity, stability, mobility, direct action, actualization, transparency, the ability to monitor. In the social structure of the business climate, the authors singled out and examined four “components”: the relationship between business and government, the relationship in business itself, the relationship between business and society, self-conception of entrepreneurs.
