Concession policy in Russia: the creative new one or the well forgotten old?

The article analyzes the current state of concession policy in Russia and the concession experience of American businessmen in the Soviet Union during the period of the New Economic Policy. The paper describes economic efficiency of concessions of the NEP period. The legislation concerning concessions and the views of the heads of our country in the 20th and nowadays are compared. The author makes the conclusion about possibilities of using the concession policy experience of the Soviet Union for introduction of concessions in economy of modern Russia.
