The study has demonstrated the feasibility of сonductometric method for determining stationary phase in the culture growth of probiotic microorganisms (lactobacteria, bifidobacteria) during cultivation. The given method provides a more accurate determination of the change from the exponential to the stationary phase in the diagram of the microbe suspension growth.
