Бесплатный доступ

The article deals with moral and ethical views of the Old Believers related to religious ideas, dogmatics, canonical and non-canonical components of old Orthodoxy. The sources for the study were the Old Believers' books, hectographed editions and manuscripts from the Siberian collections (cities of Ulan-Ude, Novosibirsk), private collections of the Old Believers of Tuva (villages of Erzhey, Sizim) and of Buryatia (villages of Tarbagatai, Khasurta). Local book and handwritten tradition reflects the worldview of the Old Believers’ consciousness, their understanding of the earthly and the «divine» worlds, the ratio of the ethical complex of Christian morality and everyday norms, the search for the ways to save a soul.
