Confiscation of property under criminal laws in foreign countries

The study of foreign experience in the use and development of confiscation of property, it is interesting primarily by the fact that based on it, you can trace certain concepts and ideas that later, taking into account the realities of modern Russia, will serve to improve the domestic criminal law.
