Conflict of interest in the civil service Russian Federation: legal nature

the article analyzes theoretical and practical issues related to the emergence of a conflict of interest in the civil service. It is noted that, in terms of its content, the conflict of interests is complex, the merits and demerits of the normative definition of the conflict of interests are examined, and proposals are made for its improvement.
