Conflict between the leadership style and competence of leader in optimization of socio-psychological climate in divisions of power structures in Russian Federation

The aim of the present work is to establish the influence of socio-psychological competence of commander (leadership style, personal and professional qualities) on to the state of socio-psychological climate in divisions of power structures. Sociopsychological climate in the group, seen from the perspective of external (out-group) and internal (ingroup) characteristics such as discipline, effect of action and cohesion, trust and conformism. Leadership styles were correlated with the specific personal qualities of a leader, allowing, turning to the main characteristics of career growth, additional documents about the qualifications and other formal peer evaluation system to consider the figure's head only from the point of view of its efficiency in the management of service-combat activities (internal capabilities, internal factors contacts with the population, family and living conditions of subordinates). These figures show and form the ideology of the group, and assess emerging social-psychological climate in the division as adequate professional and substantive activities of this group. Thus, the style of leadership – demonstrates the adequacy of managerial decisions and indicates the suitability of the head office.
