Conflict: two significant contents of comprehension and interpretation

The article discusses the importance of «the Soviet project» for the understanding of global processes in the world, and the specificity of the conflict as a social object in the context of the methodology of social cognition, according to A.A. Zinoviev. The authors define two institutionalized forms of conflict's interaction, discusses two specific communication strategies with two hardly correlating sign contents of understanding and communication. The paper discusses the new value of the social contract as an exchange of expectations over the basic rights of property, freedom and public goods; the role of the government as a guarantor of fulfillment of expectations and as an entity of socio-economic development of relationships between the entities.
