Proneness to conflict in the investigator'S profession

The article handles the causes and causal complexes which raise conflicts in the investigator's profession. The problem has gone beyond juridical psychology and become the subject of scientific research in criminal procedure and forensic sciences. The current views of identifying the causes of conflict in the field of law enforcement given by the scientists are under study. The most common causes of intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts that obstruct the criminal proceedings are revealed. The authors examine certain aspects of the investigator's organizational and tactical activities during interrogation in a situation of conflict confrontation (tactical means used to reveal the interrogatee who gives false evidence).
