Conflictological competence of a modern teacher

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the nature and content of conflicts in the educational environment between its subjects. Considered in the article the phenomenon of conflictological competence is a priority personal characteristics of the teacher that enable him to interact productively with other actors of the educational process, to build a path for constructive dialogue on conflict-free basis. The emphasis is on the mainstreaming of internal installations of the personality of the teacher, the involvement of his personal cognitive-regulatory mechanisms aimed at reasonable steps to minimize or prevent conflict situations. In the structure of conflictological competence should be presented along with commonly accepted (Gnostic, regulatory, design, reflective, regulatory) components, motivational, emotional, and moral components that allow you to cover all aspects of conflictological competence of the teaching staff.
