Conflicts are associated with various problems that arise in the life of each organization, as well as with conflict tensions, which only exacerbate certain problematic situations. Since organizations consist of a certain number of people who interact with each other, conflict situations are a constant, ongoing element of organizational activity. In order to present the effectiveness of organizational life as fully and in a timely manner as possible, you must first understand what a conflict is, how to avoid it, and how to solve it with minimal damage. Although, sometimes the conflict can have a positive effect. Of course, it is important to use all the positive and negative consequences of the conflict for the benefit of the organization.
