The sphere of hospitality is a sphere of communication in which a group of people participates. The more effective the communication, the more successful the company will develop. Activities in the field of hospitality are characterized by increased conflict. A guest who is dissatisfied with the factors will not return to the hotel. Moreover, he will not recommend it to friends and acquaintances who are potential customers. Therefore, the company's profit depends on the effectiveness of conflict management in the hospitality sector and on the speed of response to them.
