Competition and monopoly in Russia

The article is devoted to such concepts as competition and monopoly, the characteristic features of the market of perfect and imperfect competition are highlighted. The authors analyzed the current situation with the development of competition in Russia and assessed the factors that are holding back its development at the moment. In addition, measures and directions for improving the state policy on the development of competition in the Russian Federation are highlighted.
