The article reveals the methodological prerequisites for the management of competitive processes in the tourism market, as well as the formation of competitive leadership strategy. The article reveals the relationship of competitive leadership with the innovation process, with the principles of organic approach, inherent in modern management and corresponding to the specifics of functioning of the organization of tourist profile. The methodology offormation of competitive partnership in the conditions of intensive interactions of the tourist market is investigated. The potential of competitive partnership from the perspective of economic security is revealed, its ability to counteract the complex of external threats and to achieve strategic stability of tourism organizations is reflected.
