In the current conditions of an unstable economy, competitive advantages and strategies for their achievement are of practical interest to the enterprise and are an integral element in the formation of the overall production strategy as a whole. This article identifies the reasons for the loss of competitive advantages, considers the main sources for determining the competitive advantages of a company, analyzes the factors that influence the formation of a company's competitive advantages. According to the results of the study, the author concludes that a clear formulation, definition, implementation of competitive advantages and the choice of a competitive strategy, as well as a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting competitive advantages, will ensure the company's competitiveness in the market.
