Competitiveness and reliability, including the degree of risks, as factors in raw material export

The article examines such dominant factors of global raw material exports as their competitiveness and reliability of supply, including the degree of risk. A detailed examination of the overall competitiveness of raw material exports, including new requirements for it from the point of view of ecology and after-sales service, is carried out based on economic research by the American scientist Michael Porter and its determinants. A sufficient space in the article is devoted to the parameters of reliability of supply of such raw materials as Russian gas, and to the ways to reduce the degree of risk in this case.
