The article discusses the interdependence of the competitiveness of personnel and the effectiveness of the functioning of the enterprise. The essence of the competitiveness of personnel is formulated, the factors influencing it are identified and disclosed. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the organization based on the growth of the competitiveness of personnel are considered. The growth of personnel competitiveness is possible with an integrated approach to the following elements of the human resource management system: personnel development, an appropriate system for motivating and stimulating employees, establishing the necessary balance between personal and organizational interests, a high level of communication and teamwork and ergonomic working conditions.
