Competitiveness of production as the basis of strategy development choice at the enterprise of aviation complex

In article results of the analysis of external and internal environment at the enterprise of space complex, the analysis of competitiveness of civil purpose product are shown. The estimation of competitiveness of produc-tion at a quantitative level helps to reveal separate characteristics of the goods - the leader of manufacture, and also helps to define strategy of development at the enterprise.
