Competitiveness of employees in the labor market

This article discusses the methodological issues of employee competitiveness in the labor market, as a comprehensive characteristic of the degree of development of his labor potential. Considered the competitive advantages of the employee, depending on the principle of their achievement. The typical characteristics of the labor potential of workers with different levels of competitiveness, as well as a system of indicators for assessing the competitiveness of the employee and personnel and methods for their evaluation are given.
