Competitiveness of the russian industry and methodological problems of industrial policy formation under the conditions of eaeu

In the article the main approaches to formation of industrial policy at the present stage of active formation of the interstate economic unions, uniform economic and customs rules are analyzed. Author identified key problems of the present stage of development of the industry, have revealed features of formation of industrial policy at the international level and have analyzed the factors influencing an economic situation of the industrial enterprises from point of view ofpossible development of measures and instruments of stimulation of technological development of the enterprises.
