Competition of scientific research works as a direction of work with gifted students in SPO organizations

One of the key strategic directions of state policy in the fi eld of vocational education is the identifi cation and development of gifted students as an invaluable national treasure and the country’s main intellectual potential. The article summarizes the work experience of Chelyabinsk Institute of the Vocational Education Development on the scientifi c and methodological support of the scientifi c community of students in professional educational organizations of the Chelyabinsk region. The results of the participation of professional educational organizations in the regional competition of student research projects are analyzed. A list of comments put forward by experts of subject sections of the regional competition is presented as part of the examination of creative works at the correspondence and in-person stages of the competition.
