Consulting activities on the russian stock market: regulatory and organizational features

This article defines the specifics of the organization and regulation of consulting services in the securities market, specifies the definitions of the concepts "financial" and "investment" consultant, analyzes the main activities for each type of consultation, justifies the need for consulting for both issuers of securities and investors.
