The increased recurrence of crises requires continuous improvement of all components of crisis management. The existing methods for diagnosis of the financial condition of the enterprise do not allow to develop its individual anti-crisis strategy. In view of this, the role of consulting firms, whose services the enterprises use in various stages of the crisis development, is increasing.
