The modern concept of successful management of the enterprise assumes that all its activities should ensure the production of competitive goods and services that are in steady demand within the planning horizon. Increasing changes in the environment, the emergence of new needs of buyers, increased competition, discoveries in the scientific and technical sphere, providing new business opportunities, require the company to build an effective management system-flexible and adaptive to the conditions of market dynamics. The task is solved by activating the tools of harmonization of industrial and trade policy, which is based on the consensual principle of formation of trade and industrial policy, which determines the functions of management of production and marketing activities, using the system of analytical indicators and the development of methods for bringing the planned indicators to "harmonized values".
