Preservation and museum conservation of the objects of archaeological heritage in Moscow (Tsaritsyno, Khokhlovskaya square)

The importance of salvage excavations is quite evident, which results inunderstanding of necessity to preserve in situ archaeological sites, in particular architecturalobjects discovered by archaeological excavations for the purpose of popularizationof archaeological science. Preservation and museum conservation is of key significancein this aspect. It includes conservation in stable state of the object chosen for exhibit.The paper presents basic methods of conservation applied to the archaeologicallyinvestigated architectural objects in the Tsaritsyno Park in the Khokhlovskaya Squarein Moscow.
