Consolidation of regional properties as a controlled territorial system

From the standpoint of the system approach, the leading properties of the region-object of territorial management are systematized and generalized. The separated properties as spatio-temporal categories differ in the composition and nature of the links, which is important in developing managerial mechanisms for implementing regional economic policies.
