Consolidation Potential of a Modern Museum (Using the Example of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve)

In the article, using the example of the activities of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, an attempt is made to identify the consolidation potential of a modern museum as a cultural institution, a custodian of cultural and historical memory and cultural heritage. The process of transition of representatives of the local family audience to the parent-child community within the framework of the educational project “Children’s Tsaritsyno” is considered. The thesis is asserted that through the communication system “museum employee - parent - child”, through an action program built on the principles of a culture of participation, based on the historical continuity of traditional values and meanings, the use of cultural heritage and the attracted educational and personnel resources of the museum, it became possible to form a stable social group that has a number of characteristic features and grounds for unification.
