Constitution of the Soviet state: idealism and reality

The features of the transformation of social values in Soviet society are considered from the point of view of their reflection in constitutions, with the emphasis on social justice. It is noted that from the very beginning an unrealizable dream of a just structure of society was postulated, various aspects of which permeated all Soviet constitutions, but even the highest legal level of regulation of social relations did not become a guarantee for the implementation of rigidly defined theoretical ideas.
