The Russian Federation constitution and the problem of tolerance in multicultural society

The article deals with the concept tolerance and the way it is guaranteed by the FR Constitution. The difference between such concepts as multi-culture and poly-culture is considered. The fact that RF Constitution includes the Articles of Law devoted to tolerance and there are other RF legislative acts on culture is of high priority to justify tolerance in national cultures development and relationship in such a multinational (poly-ethnical) state as Russia.
