The constitution of the Russian Federation as a source of environmental law

Environmental law - one of branches of Russian law. It regulates the public (environmental) relations in the sphere of interaction of society and nature in the interests of present and future generations. This article analyzes the sources of environmental law, both at the level of Federation and its subjects. In addition, the author of the scientific article analyzes the main factors of formation and development of environmental legislation in the modern period.
