Constitution of the country - value of the state and society

The issue of constitutional values against the background of the ongoing changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation is the most relevant. The article analyzes constitutional values, determines the significance of the Constitution for the state and society, conducts a brief validation survey of public opinion on the significance of this legal act, as well as the Constitution of the Russian Federation, solves the problem of fixing these values in the Basic Law of Russia, determines the mechanism for balancing constitutional values. Special attention is paid to the role of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in interpreting the legal norms of the current Constitution.
