Constitutional responsibility of public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation

In this article, the author reveals the concept and legal nature of the constitutional and legal responsibility of public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the system of legal responsibility. Besides that. The author examines the peculiarities of legal regulation of this type of liability, identifies gaps in legal regulation and suggests ways to solve the identified problems.
