Constitutional responsibility of the higher officials of the subject of the Russian Federation: theory and practice

The article examines the issues of bringing to the constitutional and legal responsibility of the Supreme Official of the subject of the Russian Federation and the types of implementation of such responsibility. Also, the article discusses the cases of the removal of the highest official of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in practice and the grounds on which this decision was made.
