Constitutional legal responsibility of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship

Resume: This study examines the main measures of constitutional and legal responsibility of foreign citizens and stateless persons. They are reflected in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The following measures of responsibility have been studied and analyzed: refusal to issue a temporary residence permit, residence permit or their cancellation, deportation, rejection of applications for citizenship and cancellation of the decision on admission to citizenship. Problems are identified and ways to solve them are proposed.
