Constitutional and legal regulation of restriction on rights and freedoms of the person and citizen when ensuring military security

In the article the possibility of restriction on the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen in a peace time and in the period of a warlike situation at the constitutional level of legal regulation is considered. The author offers the improvement of the current legislation regarding the special activity of security service and law enforcement agencies in wartime.
