Constitutional and legal analysis of personal security

The article is devoted to the issues of personal security research in the context of the vector of national security development of the Russian Federation. Through the analysis of regulations, the author describes the place of personal security occupied in the national security system in the current realities. The range of threats to personal security at the present stage of development of the state and society is defined. The need for constitutional and legal regulation of the right to security is justified.
