The constitutional and legal status of municipalities in the Republic of Khakassia

The purpose of this article is to consider the provision of conditions for the effective activity of local self-government in the Republic of Khakassia, the development of a special program for its development, which should contain specific measures to create an integral legislative framework. An important point is the work with the population to improve the legal culture.
