Constitutional and legal status of the plenipotentiary representative of the president of the Russian Federation

This article raises the issue of the constitutional and legal status of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal district. The large role of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal district in government is indicated. Some problems of regulation of the activity of plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal district are highlighted. Recommendations are given to improve the legislative framework that regulates the activities of plenipotentiaries of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal district.
