Бесплатный доступ

This article analyzes the national legislation of the Republic of Cuba in order to understand the specifics of the implementation of the institution of recall as a special political and legal instrument. The consolidation of the socialist system as the basis of governance, in practice, does not abolish the usual elements of democratic development, but represents their specific and fragmentarily more perfect interpretation. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is drawn about the degree to which the elements of Cuban democracy correspond to the modern image of a developed state.
