Constitutional right of citizens to equal access to the state civil service of the subject of the Russian Federation: actual problems of realization

The article deals with the problem of the need to protect the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to equal access to public service. The normative legal documents which establish the reasons of restriction of this right are analyzed. It is necessary to create protective mechanisms, as well as to regulate the regulatory framework.
