Constitutional law of a citizen of the Russian education federation

This article addresses the issue of the constitutional right of a citizen of the Russian Federation to education. Different definitions of the concept of “education” are analyzed. The concept of “the right to education”, which is confirmed by national and international legal acts, is characterized. Levels of education will be determined: secondary vocational education; higher education - undergraduate; higher education - specialty, magistracy; Higher education - training of highly qualified personnel.
