Constitutional right of the person to a favorable environment

Бесплатный доступ

The article is devoted to three problems that make up the content of the constitutional right of the individual to a favorable environment. The author proceeds from the fact that the realization of the right under consideration depends entirely on the state authorities: this is the right to receive objective, complete and timely information about the state of the environment and the right to compensation for harm to the person or property from an environmental offense, and the right to participate in the discussion and decision-making related to environmental problems. State power, in the author's opinion, does not take all the necessary measures to implement these human rights.
